Crediton is where Cognito began in 1991 and it still has a strong presence there. It is based 7 miles North West of Exeter providing an excellent base for our clients situated in the South West of the Country.
The Crediton office provides a ”local solution” for legal practices based in this area of the country that are often feel left out. The office continues to provide a wealth of experience in the continuing development of the Cognito range of software solutions.
Many legal firms in this area of the country would normally have to choose a provider based in London or other major cities such as Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or Hull, which increases the cost of implementing a solution due to the additional charges associated with travelling and accommodation. These costs are kept to a minimum due to our office locations.
Support is also another major key for firms based in the South West, in the event of any major problem with a system we can be onsite in a matter of a couple of hours unlike our competitors.
Predominantly the Crediton office is split between our training, support and development department and a key component to the on-going success of the company’s future.
