Woodgate & Co is a progressive firm working in the areas of Wills and Probate, Conveyancing, Employment and Personal Injury, the firm has two offices based across the South West of England in Southsea and Portsmouth.
Kirsten Woodgate is head of the firm and believes the success of any modern day legal practice is to offer professional management and client care. Kirsten explains that “we needed a system that was easy to use and very comprehensive for our wills and probate department; I had also previously used the product 6-7 years earlier and thought that it would be the perfect match for my probate department within the firm”. We have been running the software for just over a year and we keep finding new areas that help me and my staff.
Benefits
My staff and I have found the system to be extremely user friendly, on a personal level I like the way in which I can deal very quickly with any accounting issues or generate management reports on the fly very quickly to overcome any practice management problems.
Productivity
Again it is so much quicker for me to be able to deal with accounts rather than using a paper system which would have been my other option.
The decision process
As far as I was concerned there were no other alternatives for my software requirements, both I and the cashiers who I had worked with said it was by far the best system they had ever used.

We genuinely find the software to be extremely user friendly; the support staffs for the firm are fantastic and more than happy to help in anyway.
