Cognitos' Online Case Tracking solution enables solicitors and legal practices to offer greater client care and flexibility.
The service provides a legal firms clients, third parties such as local authorities, estate agents with a platform to view the current status of a case through a unique username and password. The username and password can be provided automatically by the Case Management solution or bespoke to the client and generated by a member of staff at the practice.
Time savings can be greatly seen through the ability of clients and third parties to view the status of the case from any location and as a consequence not needing to waste precious Fee Earner time by phoning up to see the status of their case.
The solution gives your clients access to their case around the clock.
Items that appear online are at the discretion of the practice through definable tick boxes. It are these tick boxes within the Case Management solution that indicate what areas the practice would like their clients to see. Items such as key milestones can be included to update clients that these have been met.
