Custodiens® is easy to use and unlike most form filling products, is a full Trust and Probate Accounting package combined with Trust and Probate Case Management. The Case Management software is fully integrated with the accounts, so that figures are calculated and automatically added to the required tax forms or other reports. The package operates as a single user package or multi-user networked system and, if required, can be fully integrated with other Cognito legal software.

Menu Driven - Minimal Input
A wizard called "Form Assist" takes the user through predetermined selections, matching assets and liabilities to the D schedules and IHT 400. Almost all the information is collated by the system and automatically added to the form. All the forms are instantly updated with a single mouse click.

Data input for one case is captured for on-going use, and is available to all other cases, which eliminates repetition of data input.

Updates Portfolio Management
Custodiens® has a central database of stocks and shares, which can be added to any case. When the current share value is amended, the estate portfolio is re-valued. Share value updates will be made simultaneously for all cases on the practice database. A detailed history of the investment portfolio and transactions by case can be obtained.
Final Accounts Prepared Automatically
Transactions are recorded when they occur, using predefined easy entry formats. This gives real time information on the current financial position of the case, and enables instant generation of final accounts. This feature means an end to delays in preparing accounts whilst figures are collated.
Ready to Run Reports
