Custodiens® brings huge time savings, particularly in the collation of assets, preparation of accounts, finalisation of information for tax returns and, best of all, the generation of the eighteen D Schedules and IHT 400 and 406 and related forms.
Menu Driven - Minimal Input
A wizard called "Form Assist" takes the user through predetermined selections, matching assets and liabilities to the
D schedules and IHT 400 leaving little or no room for error. Almost all the information is collated by the system and automatically added to the form. All the forms are instantly updated with a single mouse click.

Updates Portfolio Management
Custodiens® has a central database of stocks and shares, which can be added to any case. When the current share value is amended, the estate portfolio is re-valued. Share value updates will be made simultaneously for all cases on the practice database. A detailed history of the investment portfolio and transactions by case can be obtained.
Final Accounts Prepared Automatically
Transactions are recorded when they occur, using predefined easy entry formats. This gives real time information on the current financial position of the case, and enables instant generation of final accounts. This feature means an end to delays in preparing accounts whilst figures are collated.
