WebCase - Helping you to deliver a better standard of service to your clients

WebCase is a secure way for your clients and/or referrers to view the progress of their case via the internet.
The system is intuitive and enables users within Legal Ledger CasMan to specify:

• Which matters should be accessible to clients, referrers or both, via WebCase
• Which events for that matter are visible to clients, referrers or both in WebCase
• Whether the Time Ledger should be visible or not.

At pre-defined intervals the system automatically exports the data identified above.
This data is then transferred to a web-server (normally hosted by Cognito Software Ltd). When the Web Server receives the data, it updates all records and makes the information available to your client, referrers and third parties via the web. All this is done seamlessly behind the scenes once the system has been setup.
