CaseTrak - Helping you to deliver a better standard of service to your clients

CaseTrak is a secure way for your clients and/or referrers to view the progress of their case via the Internet.
The system is intuitive and enables users within Cognito CaseManager & PMS to manage:

• Which matters should be accessible to clients, referrers or both, via CaseTrak.
• Which elements for that case are visible to clients.

At pre-defined intervals the system automatically exports the data identified above.
This data is then transferred to (your) web-server. This can be on your site, with Cognito Software Ltd or at a third party location. The Web Server receives the data, updates all records and makes the information available to your client, referrers, third parties via the web. All this is done seamlessly behind the scenes once the system has been setup.
