Our integration with a Text Messaging company can ensure your key workers and clients are informed of the latest developments of their case by having the system easily and cost effectively send messages to selected telephone devices. The Cognito (Messenger) text messaging solution is now available through the complete product range.

Why use it?

With Cognito’s SMS messaging solution you can:

• Send a message to a client quickly and efficiently.  Generally it is quicker and cheaper than a traditional phone call or letter.
• Your messages are sent direct from case and are instantly logged and confirmed through Case Management.
• The solution can be configure to send a message to any number / device that can receive messages (Did you know that as well as mobiles, most land lines can also receive SMS messages? Send a message to a BT land-line phone number and a BT computer calls the client’s number and “reads” them the message)
• We can deliver confirmation from the recipient’s Handset. Our system has a 99.5% accuracy rating for confirming receipt of the message to the Handset.

So what is the cost of setting up the SMS software?
NOTHING.

SMS texting service is built into the software. NO MOBILE PHONE CONTRACTS ARE REQUIRED. As a Cognito user you will be able to send SMS text messages, we simply need to activate an account for you. This is an Internet based service so the PCs being used to send SMS messages must have Internet access.

Do I have to have a monthly contract?
NO.
 A monthly contract is not necessary. You simply buy a batch of messages and use them when you want to.
